Chicken-500 gms
Besan flour-1 1/2 tsp
Rice flour- 1 1/2 tsp
Corn flour-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Lime juice- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Red food colour-a pinch
Oil-for deep frying

1.Wash the chicken with little turmeric powder.
2.Put long slits in the chicken legs,for the masala to enter inside.
3.In a bowl,add washed chicken,and all the items listed,one by one except oil.
4.Marinate and leave for 1 hour.
5.Deep fry the chicken in hot oil.
6.Hot chicken 65 is done.
