Rice flour-1 cup
Onion-1 big (cut into small cubes)
Green chillies-1 cut into small pieces
Ginger-1/2 inch (cut into small cubes)
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Salt-to taste
Coriander leaves

1.Make ready with all the ingredients as mentioned.
2.In a bowl,add rice flour and salt and mix well.
3.To this,add the other ingredients and mix well.
4.Sprinkle little water and blend well.
5.Make it like a thick chapati dough.
6.Take a handfull of dough and tap it in a oil greased plastic sheet and put it in the dosa tawa
    or directly tap in the dosa tawa to a medium thick round shape.
7.Sprinkle oil to the sides of the roti and let it cook.
8.Flip it to the other side and cook till it is nice golden brown.
9.Serve hot with coconut chutney or ginger chutney.

1.You can try this with left over idiyappam dough too.Add little rice flout to it while mixing other ingredients.
