Dosa - 5-6 (thin dosas)
Onion-1 big (cut into small cubes)
Tomato-1/2 (cut into small cubes)
Vegetables-1/2 cup (cut into small cubes)(I've used carrots,green peas,corn)
Green chillies-2 (cut into small pieces)
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
Salt-to taste
Lemon juice(optional)-to taste
Coriander leaves-to garnish
Fried cashews-to garnish(optional)

For tempering:
Oil-2 tsp
Saunf- 1 tsp
Curry leaves-1 stick

1.In a kadai,add oil ,and when heated,add saunf and curry leaves and let it splutter.
2.To this,add ginger garlic paste,onion,green chillies and saute well.
3.When onion becomes translucent,add the tomato and mix well.
4.To this,add the vegetables,salt and all the powders and let it cook with little water.
5.Meanwhile cut the dosas into small bits. 
6.When the vegetables are cooked,add the dosa bits to the onion mixture.
7.Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
8.Serve with the squeeze of lemon juice if needed.
