CARROT MILKSHAKE

 Ingredients:
Carrot- 1 big
Milk- 150 ml
Sugar-to taste
Cardamom powder(optional)-less than a pinch
Nuts (optional)- to taste

Method:
1.In a vessel add 1 cup of  water and boil it.
2.Peel the skin of the carrots and boil them for 5- 10 mins.
3.Let it cool for sometime.
4.Add the carrot,sugar along with the boiled water and grind it to crunchy texture.
5.To this,add thick boiled milk,cardamom powder and nuts and grind it just for 2-3 seconds.
6.Chill it,pour it into the serving cup and serve cool.
