CHICKEN PATTIES
Ingredients:
Minced chicken-250gms
Green chillies-2 (finely chopped)
Celery(optional)-1-2 stick
Garlic-4-5 pods
Onion -1(cut into small cubes)
Oil-for shallow frying
Salt-to taste
Coriander leaves-to taste

Method:
1.Wash the minced chicken and strain the water.
2.In a mixie,add celery and garlic and grind it to a coarse mixture.

3.Add the strained chicken to a bowl and add the ground mixture,onion,salt,coriander leaves and mix well.



 4.In a tawa,add oil for shallow frying and make patties shapes and place it .
5.Fry both the sides until both the sides are cooked well and becomes golden brown.

 6.Transfer to a plate and serve hot with ketchup,dip or any salad.
