Rava- 1 cup
Rice flour-1/2 cup
Besan flour-1 tbsp
Onion-1 medium(cut into small cubes)
Green chillies-3(cut into small pieces)
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Pepper corns- 10
Ginger- 1 inch(cut into small cubes)
Curry leaves-cut into small pieces
Coriander leaves-as needed for flavour
Water-3 cups
Salt-to taste

1.Get ready with all the ingredients as described.
2.Mix all the ingredients together.
3.The batter should be thinner than normal dosa batter.(Don't make it too watery)
4.Heat the dosa tawa in a high flame.
5.When the tawa is hot enough,pour the batter from outward and then the inner area.
6.Drizzle some oil to it.
7.Leave for sometime for the corners to rise.
8.Then turn the dosa and let it cook and become crisp.
9.Take it and serve with hot sambar and chutney.

1. Rava dosa takes more to cook than normal dosa.
2.If batter becomes more watery,add little rava and rice flour.
