Kambu flour-2 cups
Rava/Sooji-2-3 tbsp.(Optional)
Rice flour-1/4 cup
Pepper-1 tsp.
Cumin -1 tsp.
Water-4 cups
Salt-to taste
Method:
1.In a wide bowl,add in all the ingredients except water and mix well.
2.Pour water and blend well and make it to a pouring consistency.
3.It should be like rava dosa batter consistency.
4.Heat a dosa tawa and pour the batter from outward to inward.
5.Sprinkle oil on the sides.
6.When its cooked and golden,flip it and cook the other side.
