KAMBU (PEARL/ BAJRA MILLET) DOSA



Ingredients :
Kambu flour-2 cups 
Rava/Sooji-2-3 tbsp.(Optional)
Rice flour-1/4 cup
Pepper-1 tsp.
Cumin -1 tsp.
Water-4 cups 
Salt-to taste

Method:
1.In a wide bowl,add in all the ingredients except water and mix well.


2.Pour water and blend well and make it to a pouring consistency. 
3.It should be like rava dosa batter consistency. 


4.Heat a dosa tawa and pour the batter from outward to inward.
5.Sprinkle oil on the sides.
6.When its cooked and golden,flip it and cook the other side.

   

    

7.Transfer to a plate and serve hot with variety of chutneys.


Note:
●If you require more water than 4 cups,you can add.
● Batter should be little thinner than dosa batter and not too watery.
●The thinner batter makes a crisp dosa.
●First add minimal amount of water and make dosa.
●If you feel dosa is thick,then add more water.
