GINGER LEMON HONEY TEA



Ingredients:
Cut Ginger-1 cup
Cut Lemon-1 cup
Honey-500 ml

Method:
1.Clean and wipe the lemon completely without any water and cut with skin into small pieces.
2.Remove the skin of ginger,clean them and wipe it completely without any water.
3.Cut them into small cubes.(You can even grate and add)

4.Fill a dried glass bottle with half honey.
5.Transfer the cut lemon and ginger into it.
                   

6.Fill the left over honey on top of it and stir well.
7.Leave it out for 2-3 hours and store them in the refrigerator.
                   

8.Leave in for a week and then start using it.
                   

9.Take a tablespoon of the mixture in a cup and pour in hot water.

                   

10.Stir well and serve hot.
