ALMOND MILK TEA/CHAI


                           ALMOND TEA

Ingredients:
Almond milk-1 cup
Tea powder-1tsp.(add more or less to your taste)
Ginger-1/2 inch (crushed)
Cardamom -1 (crushed/powder)
Jaggery powder/Sugar-1 tsp.(add more or less to your taste)

Method:

1.In a tea pan,add the almond milk with half a cup of water and let it boil.



2.Add the crushed ginger and cardamom.
3.Let it boil for a minute.
4.Add in the tea powder and let it boil for 2-3 mins.
           

5.Finally, add the jaggery powder and boil for few seconds.
6.Strain the tea with a filter.


7.Serve hot cup of almond tea with a crunchy snack.
